We are aware that purchasing online can sometimes be a bit tricky - if the size you purchased is not right for you, please let us know and we will arrange to exchange it if the correct size is in stock.
All returns are made at the purchasers expense and must be returned to us unworn with tags attached within 7 days of the date of purchase in a trackable express post bag. Please email us before you make a return to make sure we have what you need in stock or another item that you're happy to exchange for.
If what you've bought is faulty, wrongly described or doesn't do what it's supposed to, you can choose between a refund, exchange or credit.
Please choose your cut fabrics carefully, there is no exchange on these products.
